Since we received Kieran’s review, we have realised that many other suppliers charge a lot more for their products. Based on this, we decided to start a sister company, Care Outlet, to provide all our best value items in one place, helping those who need high quality, low cost care equipment.
Going The Extra Mile For At-Home Care
Where possible, we go out of our way to give our customers unbeatable service. Our company is ran by people who have worked in healthcare their whole lives and understand that the healthcare equipment we provide is incredibly important to our customers. We know how much an order can mean to someone who needs a wheelchair, and problems with ordering are annoying no matter what is ordered, so when it comes to the vital healthcare equipment we sell, we do everything we can to help.
By Your Side Both Home And Away
We keep some of our care home equipment aside to allow customers to hire it when they need a temporary solution. That idea came from one of our customers, and we listen to every suggestion our customers tell us, so that we can provide services like care home equipment hire, installation or repair that help in any way imaginable. While We Cant Please Everyone, We Work Hard To Resolve Any Issues
Attentive Customer Service Between 9 am and 5 pm
While we would like to offer 24 hour customer service, this is something we cannot currently offer while keeping the great prices customers expect from us and top quality customer service. We refuse to outsource our customer service to a low-cost Asian call centre, because many of the calls we receive require specialist knowledge and we pride ourselves on both knowledge and genuinely caring about the healthcare equipment we sell and the patients it all helps. As the reply states here, one of the managers of our small company has taken it upon themselves to answer any urgent customer service enquiries on their mobile phone, on 07412 111140.
